Your fascinating tour will start with Kadifekale, which welcomes you to enjoy the marvelous panorama of Izmir. While having your morning coffee, you may listen to your guide telling you the history of the area. Your second stop will be the Governmental Agora, dated to the Hellenistic period. It is very exciting to visit the place where Izmir once governed during the Hellenistic Period.

Antique Bazaar (Kemeraltı) is one of the most crowded quarters of the city. Commercial importance has never decreased since it started in the 18th century. It is going to be a great experience for you to shop for souvenirs. Konak Square is best known for its Clock Tower. It awaits you to discover her history. The Ancient Asansör Building is situated in a different quarter of the city. As in the past, it still symbolizes the brotherhood of different ethnic backgrounds and religions.

Itinerary: We pick up you from your hotel or any address in Izmir City. And then we start to visit firstly Asansör, Kadifekale by car. After these visits, we leave you at Agora with your guide. After learning historical place Agora, you continue to discover Izmir’s Ancient Bazaar namely Kemeraltı by walking with your guide.

House of Virgin Mary

is located on top of the Bülbül mountain. The House of Virgin Mary hidden within a beautiful atmosphere of the mountain covered with trees, nature, and has a magnificent view. First of all, it is the place where the Holy Virgin spent her last days. So she arrived in the area with Saint John, where she spent many years around the territory to spread Christianity. In other words, the Virgin Mary preferred this remote place rather than living in a crowded place, so she could spend her last days in peace, mourning to her son.

Temple of Artemis will fascinate you being one of the “Seven Wonders of the Ancient World”.So
“The Temple of Artemis was a Greek temple and the main goddess of the temple was Artemis. Ephesians built the temple in Ephesus (near the town of Selçuk in current Turkey).”The Temple is totally restored thrice before its final destruction in 401 AD.
